At 8:07 Monday morning, Dispatch asks whether you have seen the email from the State Municipal Law Enforcement Training Auditor.
You have not. Dispatch informs you that seven current certifications must be included in an audit packet by the end of Day 8. You explain that your certifications are current. Dispatch pauses. They are not.
The department recently replaced its reporting software with the cheapest AI model available under the municipal purchasing contract. Dispatch assures you this should not affect the audit, then immediately asks whether you are available for calls today.
What this game is
You are not writing a diary. You are creating a bureaucratic record. Incidents generate keywords, trainings require keywords, field notes become AI reports, and dispatcher review decides which evidence survives.
Available Trainings
Dispatcher note
Select exactly one new training for Day 1. Once it is locked, it stays on the status bar and the dispatcher can begin assigning calls. Unfinished trainings remain Active Trainings on later days.

Actual Truth
Training: Public Relations. Incident: Touring Rock Band Blocks Downtown. Wildcard: Animal Handling. The drummer's python escapes into the crowd during a van repair argument.
Field Notes
Crowd Control: moved audience behind cones. Vehicle Repair: checked battery cable. Animal Handling: contained python with borrowed tote. Public Speaking: announced the street was closed.
Official Truth
AI Corruption: Actor Swap. AI Tone: Municipal Press Release. The report credits the python with restoring downtown enthusiasm and describes the officer as supporting mobile entertainment regulation.
Dispatcher Review
Crowd Control approved. Animal Handling approved. Vehicle Repair questioned. Mobile Entertainment Regulation is AI-generated nonsense and may only help if reclassified to a legitimate shared keyword supported by the report.
Dispatcher
What happens here
The dispatcher sends one locked result at a time. You cannot roll again until the current result has been resolved and, if it was a call, field notes have been stored.
| Roll | Result |
|---|---|
| 1-2 | Administrative Window for Active Trainings |
| 3-5 | Routine Call |
| 6 | Priority Call |
Current Assignment
How to resolve
Administrative Windows need an admin method, one missing Active Training keyword, and a short training note. Routine and Priority Calls need the matching incident chart and one Incident Wildcard. Each resolved activity is stored for end-of-shift AI processing.
Field Notes
What gets stored
Calls use short field notes. Administrative Windows are stored from their training note. These notes become the source material for AI processing after all four Duty Blocks, plus forced overtime if required, are complete.
AI Processing
End-of-shift instruction
After the shift tracker is complete, roll AI corruption and AI tone for each stored activity. Dispatcher review uses the final official report wording, not your intentions.
Dispatcher Review
Review rule
Review only what the official AI report supports. Reclassify as the legitimate shared keyword most clearly described by that report. Approved, Reclassified, and approved AI-Generated results can create Evidence Marks.
Evidence Bank
Assignment rule
Each Evidence Mark can be assigned to one eligible Active Training or left banked. Once assigned during Day 1, it is locked and cannot be moved.
Daily Closeout
Stress rule
Resolve the day by choosing the final Stress level. This prototype only needs the result, not playtest feedback or extra notes.
