At 8:07 Monday morning, the dispatcher says your name twice over the radio and then pauses in a way that makes every officer in the building look at the ceiling.
The state compliance audit is eight days away. Your record is short seven certifications. The town is already awake. The dispatcher will send you on calls when calls happen, and between calls you may work on Active Trainings. If the AI report invents, loses, or rearranges what you did, the dispatcher is also the person who decides whether that mess still counts.
Day 1 Starting Status
Day 1 starts with one Active Training because it is the first day. The system uses plural Active Trainings because unfinished trainings remain active on later days.
Overtime rule: On Days 1-2, overtime happens only if a required incident extends past the final Duty Block. Add only the block required to finish that call, raise Stress by 1, and do not use it for training, admin, or optional work. Voluntary overtime is a Day 3+ rule and is not available today.

Actual Truth
Active Trainings: Public Relations. Priority call: Touring Rock Band Blocks Downtown. Wildcard: Animal Handling. A loose promotional goat in a band vest blocked the detour while the drummer tried to fix the van.
Field Notes
Traffic Control: set cones and waved cars through alley. Vehicle Repair: checked battery cable. Animal Handling: held goat lead and moved it from lane. Public Speaking: told crowd the encore was over.
Official Truth
AI says the officer managed a mobile entertainment livestock event, performed informal mechanical engineering, and restored downtown enthusiasm by redirecting a touring rock band and goat.
Dispatcher Review
Traffic Control approved. Vehicle Repair questioned because the report does not say the officer fixed anything. Animal Handling approved from goat control. Hallucinated Competency reclassified only if the official report clearly supports a legitimate shared keyword. Approved evidence may be assigned to Public Relations if its keyword is required; otherwise bank it.

Hallucinated Competencies are not normal shared keywords. Result 8 must appear in the AI report and may be reviewed as Approved, Questioned, Rejected, Reclassified, or AI-Generated.
Dispatcher Review
Review only what the official AI report supports. Reclassification must use the legitimate shared keyword most clearly described by the official report. Do not pick a keyword merely because it is useful. If two are equally plausible, the player may choose.
Approved clear support, becomes Evidence Mark.
Questioned ambiguous, incomplete, or wrong actor.
Rejected absent or contradicted.
Reclassified supports another legitimate shared keyword.
AI-Generated AI added it; approve only if report supports it.
Evidence Bank
Approved and approved AI-Generated keywords become Evidence Marks. Assignment checks all Active Trainings that require the keyword. Assign a mark to one eligible training or leave it banked. Once assigned during Day 1, that mark cannot be reassigned.
